I've been taking Piroxicam 20mg capsules for about a month now to manage my arthritis pain, and I've had a mix of positive and negative experiences. On the plus side, it's been really effective in reducing the pain and swelling in my joints, especially in the mornings. However, I've also experienced some side effects that I wasn't prepared for. I've had mild stomach upset and dizziness, which can be a bit annoying, but nothing too severe. I've been taking the medication with food to help mitigate the stomach issues, and it seems to be working. I'm also keeping an eye out for any more serious side effects, like kidney problems or allergic reactions, as listed in the medication guide

I switched to another NSAID after experiencing some extreme fatigue and dizziness. It was a bit of a trial and error process but worth it to find something that works without the side effects.

I'm considering trying Piroxicam for my arthritis but I'm really nervous about the side effects. Has anyone else had severe reactions?

This medication saved my life. I had severe arthritis pain and Piroxicam was the only thing that could help. I did have some side effects but they were manageable. I highly recommend talking to your doctor about it.

I've been on Piroxicam for years and haven't had any major issues. Just make sure to stay hydrated and take it with food. It's worked wonders for my arthritis.

Anyone know if there are any over-the-counter alternatives that work just as well?
