I've been keeping a journal of my symptoms and side effects. It's really helped me track everything and discuss it with my doctor. Highly recommend it to anyone on Polivy. It's also a good way to vent and process your feelings.

I've been on Polivy for a month now, and I've noticed that I sometimes feel light-headed but it goes away on its own. So far, so good. I just need to make sure I eat well and rest as much as possible.

I was really worried about the allergic reactions, but my doctor assured me that the chances are low. Still, it's good to be vigilant. Any tips on how to prepare for an allergic reaction while on Polivy?

I had severe stomach issues initially, but my oncologist adjusted the dosage, and it's been much better. Communication with your healthcare provider is key.

I've been on Polivy for a month now, and while it's tough, the side effects have been manageable so far. Just a bit of dizziness and fatigue, but nothing I can't handle.

Just a heads up, make sure to get regular blood tests. Mine showed a lower platelet count after a few weeks, which was a bit scary but manageable. Regular monitoring is key.

Has anyone experienced the PML side effect and how did you manage it?

Watch out for the early signs of electrolyte imbalances. I didn't realize it at first and ended up with some pretty severe muscle cramps. No fun at all. Drink plenty of fluids and make sure to replenish your electrolytes!

I was really scared when I started feeling weird muscle pain around my neck, turned out it was just a muscle spasm. The doctors assured me that it's not uncommon, so I was lucky I had their support.

I've had some hair loss, but honestly, it's the least of my worries at this point. The important thing is to stay positive and keep fighting. It's a challenging road, but we can do it!
