Ever heard of Poteligeo? I've been on it for a while now, and it's been a wild ride. Poteligeo is an injection given to treat certain types of skin lymphoma in adults. Specifically, it's used for Mycosis Fungoides or Sézary Syndrome. It works by targeting specific cells that cause the cancer. The problem is, it comes with some serious side effects — some of which can be life-threatening. I had a bad allergic reaction the first time I got it, and it was terrifying. Signs of an allergic reaction include rash, hives, itching, and trouble breathing. You know, the usual fun stuff. But the scariest part is that it can cause severe skin reactions like Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis, which sounds like something right out of a horror movie. If you notice signs of infection, like fever, chills, or a sore throat that won't quit, get to a doctor ASAP.

I'm on Poteligeo too, and the side effects are no joke. I've had some bad kidney issues, and I had to stop using it for a while. Hopefully, it won't come back to bite me later.

I don't know why they don't just legalize marijuana for cancer treatment. It's got to be better than this stuff.

I started taking it a few weeks ago and I am having a hard time sleeping at night. This probably isn’t the most serious side effect, but it definitely affects quality of life for me.

I talked to my oncologist about the side effects, and he said that Poteligeo can cause some pretty serious stuff, shortness of breath included. I've had this thing for a few weeks now, and I'm struggling. Anyone have any tips on managing side effects? I am a novice at this.

Severe skin reaction sounds terrifying. I'm glad I don't have any of those symptoms, but I'm definitely keeping an eye out for anything weird.

I'm so glad I found this thread. I've been on Poteligeo for a couple of months now, and I've had some seriously strange sensations, like burning and tingling in my hands and feet. I thought I was going crazy, but it sounds like it's a side effect. I just need to figure out how to deal with it now.
