I've managed to avoid the serious side effects. Keeping my doctor up to date with my progress has helped a lot. The restlessness and insomnia were a bit tough, but they subsided after a while.
I had terrible stomach upset and sleep disturbances when I started this. My doctor recommended taking it with food and avoiding caffeine. It's been better since then.
