Pregnant and curious: Are PNV-Omega Capsule's DHA levels enough for baby's brain development?
Hey everyone, I am 5 months pregnant and my doctor recommended PNV-Omega Capsules. I am currently taking them. These capsules are supposed to provide important nutrients like folic acid, iron, calcium, and omega-3 fatty acids (DHA). I have been wondering if the DHA levels in these capsules are sufficient for my baby's brain and eye development. Has anyone else tried them and noticed any difference in their baby's development? I have also heard they are safe because they don’t have high levels of preformed Vitamin A. Some of the side effects seem concerning, like having an allergic reaction or vomiting blood. I’ve seen worse with other supplements. Are there any other supplements I should be considering? What are your experiences? Thanks for sharing!

I switched to PNV-Omega Capsules from a different brand and noticed a significant difference in my energy levels. I felt much better. Plus, the DHA content is great for baby's brain development
I started taking these but had to stop because of stomach cramps. Maybe it's just my body, but it wasn't worth the risk. You should consult your doctor before taking supplements.
I love the fact that these capsules include omega-3 fatty acids. My baby has been bright eyed and bushy tailed from the start! Try not to be too worried about side effects. I had a baby and never noticed any!
I think it's great that these capsules don't have high levels of preformed Vitamin A. Made me feel so much safer. Let’s be real, no one wants to have to worry about that while pregnant.
I’d recommend talking to a nutritionist as well as your doctor. They can give you a balanced view of what you need and when.
