Prenatal 19 Tablets are designed to support the health of pregnant and breastfeeding women, providing essential nutrients like folic acid, iron, and calcium. However, I've been hearing some concerning side effects from friends. Has anyone else experienced issues like allergic reactions, stomach cramps, or even bloody stools? Is this normal, or should I switch to another prenatal vitamin? I'm particularly worried about the urgent side effects mentioned, such as difficulty breathing and swollen throat. I need advice from other moms or experts who have dealt with this.

My sister had the same worries and switched to a different prenatal vitamin to have more peace of mind. I think it's always better to be safe, especially when it comes to what we're putting in our bodies to help our babies grow.

All these side effects are a bit scary, but I've had no issues. I think it's important to remember that everyone's experience is different. Just keep an eye on how you feel and talk to your doctor if you have any concerns.

What are those deadly allergien reactions? I feel like they aren't even real, but it is scary. I think I'll stick to a different prenatal vitamin just in case

I've been taking them for months and haven't had any issues. I think everyone's body reacts differently. Just keep an eye out for symptoms and call your doctor if you're worried.

I wish prenatal vitamins would just stop being so awful for our bodies. Where are the vitamins that don't give us all the side effects? I'm sick of not having a choice of prenatal vitamins.
