I've been prescribed Prenatal - U Capsules for my pregnancy, and I'm wondering if anyone else has taken these or has any insights? I've read about the side effects, and while they seem rare, I'm still a bit nervous. Anyone had any issues with constipation, stomach pain, or anything else? Is it all worth it for me and my baby? I'm eager to hear personal experiences, as the internet is full of conflicting information! Thanks!

I've taken many different prenatal vitamins, and I think these are one of the better ones.

I switched to Prenatal - U Capsules because they're without preformed Vitamin A. I've had a couple of episodes of vomiting, but it didn't last. I also take some probiotic with them and that helps me a lot with digestion. I really like them!

I've been taking Prenatal - U Capsules since my first trimester, and so far, no major issues. I've had some mild constipation, but it's manageable. I think they're worth it for the peace of mind!

My sister had black stools while taking these. She called the doctor, and they said it was the iron. She was scared out of her mind.

I didn't even know these existed. I'm going to ask my doctor about this.

I like these better than the gummies. It's just one pill a day, and I'm good. Let's hear it for no extra sugar.

I'm on my third pregnancy, and I've never had a problem with any prenatal vitamins. Maybe I'm just lucky.

How did you get your doctor to prescribe these? Mine insists on the brand-name stuff.

I don't know why people complain so much about constipation. That happens with any prenatal vitamin.
