Your body fat distribution can change with many HIV medications, not just Prezista. It's a common side effect. Regular exercise and a balanced diet can help mitigate some of these changes.
I've been on Prezista for over a year now, and I've had similar issues with body fat changes. It's definitely something you should bring up with your doctor. Make sure you're also getting regular blood tests to monitor your liver function, as Prezista has been known to affect some people's livers.
I had a severe allergic reaction when I first started Prezista. It was terrifying—rash, swelling, the works. I had to get immediate medical help.
