I've been on Procardia XL (nifedipine extended-release) 90mg Tablets for a few months now to manage my hypertension. The medication has been effective, but I've noticed some side effects that I wasn't expecting. I've heard about other side effects from friends and online, but I'm especially curious about the experiences of others. Has anyone else dealt with dizziness or flushing? More importantly, how have people managed these side effects? Were any of the following - severe dizziness, dizziness, fatigue, and headache - part of your initial symptoms or did they come later in the treatment process? How did you navigate these issues? I'd love to hear how others have coped and any tips for managing these side effects effectively.

Seriously, how did this even get approved? I went through this stuff too. It's awful. I couldn't believe the side effects. I was swollen all the time, and I felt like I couldn't breathe.
