I've been taking Propranolol 20mg Tablets for a couple of months now to manage my migraines and it's been a bit of a journey. The medication has definitely helped with the frequency of my migraines, but I've experienced some side effects that I wasn't expecting. I've had some dizziness and fatigue, which has been tough to deal with, but I've found that taking the medication with food has helped a bit. I'm also dealing with some vivid dreams, which can be pretty disconcerting. I've been trying to keep a dream journal to see if there's a pattern. I know these side effects can be common, but I'm still trying to figure out if it's worth it. Has anyone else had similar experiences? Any tips on managing these side effects would be super helpful!

I've had some weird side effects too. But then again, I've got a history of weird side effects with medications, so maybe I'm just unlucky. Hang in there, though. It can take a while to figure out the right dose and schedule.

I've been on Propranolol for years for my migraines, and while I did experience some initial side effects, they largely went away after a few weeks. Hang in there, it might get better!

Have you tried taking it before bed? That's what my doctor recommended, and it's helped a lot with the dizziness. As for the vivid dreams, I found that exercise during the day helped me sleep better and reduce the intensity of the dreams. Hopefully, this helps a bit!

I took Propranolol for a short while, but the side effects were too much for me. I switched to another beta-blocker and it's been much better. It's all about finding the right medication for you, and sometimes that means trying a few different ones. Good luck!

Vivid dreams can be a weird side effect. I was out of it for a bit when I first started. Just remember to be safe and report anything severe to your doctor right away. If you get any weird skin reactions, see your doctor ASAP.
