I've been prescribed Propranolol 40mg/5ml Solution for my migraines, and I'm curious about others' experiences. It's a beta-blocker that helps with high blood pressure and anxiety, but the side effects list is a bit alarming. Has anyone had serious reactions like severe skin reactions or hallucinations? How about more common side effects like dizziness or fatigue? Any tips for managing these? I'm really interested in hearing from people who've used this for migraines or anxiety specifically. What's the long-term outlook for those of you using it? When you start taking it and the first few weeks are tough, do you find it gets better?

I've been on Propranolol for a few months, and the dizziness has actually gotten better over time. Just give it some time to adjust. But make sure you are seeing your doctor regularly to keep track of your heart and blood pressure.

I had a bad reaction to Propranolol. I started getting strange skin reactions and had to stop. It's scary to think about the severe side effects—I hope everyone here is careful and talks to their doctor if they notice anything weird. I've heard it can mess with your blood sugar, heart and even your mental state.

I'm curious—how long did it take for the side effects to go away for those of you who experienced them? I'm on week 3 and still feeling pretty tired. I was wondering if this is something that goes away or if I need to talk to my doctor about it.

I've been on Propranolol for a while and it's been a game-changer for my migraines. I occasionally get dizziness, but it's manageable. I also found that taking it with food helps with the upset stomach. Have you tried taking it at night to see if it helps with sleep disturbances? Some people have trouble with vivid dreams, so this might help you sleep better at night.

I've been on Propranolol for my tremors and it's helped a lot, but I've noticed some unusual dreams. Anyone else? I've also had some dizziness, but nothing too bad. Just be careful with driving or operating machinery.
