I've recently been prescribed Propranolol ER 60mg Capsules for high blood pressure, migraines, and I think I'm feeling a bit dizzy and tired lately. Has anyone else experienced these side effects? Have you found any ways to mitigate them? I'm also curious about how long it takes for the medicine to start working effectively. Are there any lifestyle changes that could help improve its effectiveness? I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the more serious ones like allergic reactions or changes in heartbeat. Has anyone had to deal with any of these issues? Also, does anyone know if it causes weight gain and if so, how to manage it.

I've had the opposite experience. I've noticed a marked improvement in my chest pain since starting Propranolol ER. Just be cautious and make sure you're monitored regularly by your doctor

I'm a bit skeptical about how effective this drug is compared to other medication, has anyone tried others? I feel like I might need to talk to the doctor about trying something else. I don't want to keep feeling tired all the time.

I had to stop taking Propranolol ER because it caused a severe skin reaction. Be cautious and watch out for any unusual symptoms.

Honestly, I'm not sure if this is worth the trouble. I've had more good days with other medications. But, I guess everyone's body is different. Just wanted to share my experience.

I've been on Propranolol ER for a few months now, and I can say it's been a game-changer for my migraines. I still get them, but much less frequently. As for side effects, I feel a bit more tired than usual, but it's manageable. Make sure to take it at the same time every day for consistency.

I've been on this for a while and haven't noticed any major side effects. In fact, I feel like my blood pressure is much more controlled. Just make sure to talk to your doctor if you have any concerns!

I wish I had known about the potential weight gain before starting this medication. It's been a bit tough to manage, but I've found that sticking to a strict diet and exercise routine helps. It's not easy, but it's worth it.

Just a heads-up, if you decide to take this, it might affect your blood sugar levels. Make sure to monitor that if you're diabetic.

I've noticed some really strange dreams since I started taking this. Anyone else?
