I recently started taking Questran Light Powder Packets to help lower my cholesterol. So far, it's been a mixed experience. Faithfully on Questran. Constipation is rough, but I find prunes help a lot. I'm glad it's working for your cholesterol, though!
I had no idea it could help with liver itching! That's a game-changer. I'll definitely bring this up with my doctor. Has anyone tried mixing it with something sweet to mask the taste?
I've heard that mixing it with applesauce or yogurt can help with the taste. Anyone tried that?
