I've been prescribed Qvar Redihaler 40mcg Oralinh (120) for my asthma, and while it seems to be helping with my symptoms, I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects. This medicine contains a corticosteroid called beclomethasone, which helps reduce inflammation in the lungs. However, the list of side effects is quite long, and I'm not sure if it's worth the risk. Has anyone else experienced any issues with this medication? Or maybe some advice on how to manage the potential side effects?

I switched to Qvar from another inhaler and felt a huge difference. My lungs feel clearer, and I don't get as winded. No major side effects so far, just a bit of a headache sometimes. It's worth it to me!

I've been using Qvar for a few weeks and I've had no throat irritation or nose irritation. I've done a lot of reading and it seems like a lot of people who do have them are more annoyed than anything serious. But I'm definitely aware if it gets serious, I can call the FDA at (1-800-332-1088) or go online to report it.

My doctor urged me to make sure to use it regularly every day, even when I feel well. It can be a bit of a hassle, but it really does help keep your asthma under control.

I've been using Qvar for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my asthma. I barely have any attacks anymore, and when I do, it's usually because I forgot to use my inhaler. The side effects list is scary, but I've only experienced a bit of throat irritation, which went away after a few days. Just make sure to rinse your mouth after using it!

I feel like the side effects are pretty manageable compared to the benefits. Just be sure to keep an eye out for any changes in your mouth or throat and report them to your doctor right away.
