I recently started using Rasuvo 15mg/0.3ml for my rheumatoid arthritis. The pre-filled pen makes it easy to administer the injection, but I've been experiencing some side effects that I'm not sure are normal. I've had a few instances of severe fatigue and dizziness, and I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through this. I've also noticed a bit of hair loss, but I hear that's common with methotrexate. I'm hoping to get some advice or stories from others who have used Rasuvo.

Just remember, it’s not just you. Many people go through this.

I’ve been on Rasuvo for about 6 months now, and while the fatigue is tough, it's manageable. I take my injections on a Saturday night so I can sleep in on Sunday. Also, for the hair loss, I switched to a gentle shampoo and it’s helped a lot.

I’ve had some weird side effects that weren’t mentioned in the documentation. I’ve had some serious pains on the side of my face, the kind that makes you want to go to the ER. After going to the ER 3 times in 2 months, my neurologist told me it was a rare side effect of the methotrexate. It took me 10 months to get off the medication. I’m starting to feel normal again.

I couldn't believe how easy the pen is to use. It's a lifesaver!

I’ve had a similar experience. The side effects are tough, but the relief from the arthritis symptoms is worth it. Make sure to stay hydrated—dehydration can exacerbate the fatigue. Also, talk to your doctor about any supplements that might help with hair loss, like Biotin.

I hope the hair loss gets better for you. Hang in there!

I've been on methotrexate for years and I can honestly say that the side effects are worth it for the relief it provides. I had severe joint pain and inflammation before and now I’m a lot better. It’s a bit of a trade-off but it’s worth it to me. Also, I always make sure to schedule my injections for the same day and time every week so it becomes a routine.

I’ve had some pretty severe side effects. It’s important to listen to your body. I had a really bad headache and swelling in my face and had to go to the ER. They told me the face swelling was probably a side effect from the methotrexate. I was told to stop the medication and it went away after a week. DO NOT IGNORE ANY OF THE SEVERE SIDE EFFECTS.

I’m jealous of the pen. I’m on the pills and they suck.

I’ve been using Rasuvo for about a year now and it’s been a game-changer for my rheumatoid arthritis. I had a bit of trouble with the injections at first, but it’s gotten easier. The fatigue and hair loss are annoying, but I feel so much better overall. It’s all about finding a balance, I guess. Just make sure to stay in touch with your doctor and report any side effects.
