I recently started using Rasuvo 30mg/0.6ml Pf Inj, 4 Pens for my rheumatoid arthritis. It's been a game-changer in managing my symptoms, but I wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else has tried this medication. Rasuvo contains methotrexate, which works by slowing down the growth of certain cells in the body. For conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis, it helps reduce inflammation and overactive immune responses. For cancer, it helps stop cancer cells from growing. It is given as an injection under the skin, usually once a week. The instructions were clear, and the pens are easy to use. I've had some common side effects like decreased appetite and hair loss, but nothing too severe. However, I'm aware of the urgent side effects and have been monitoring closely. If you experience any of the following symptoms, contact your doctor or seek medical attention immediately: allergic reactions, infections, bleeding, pancreatitis, kidney problems, liver problems, lung or breathing problems, nerve problems, or stroke-like symptoms. This is not to scare anyone, but to be aware and prepared. Most people experience minimal or no side effects. However, if you experience any of the following side effects or any other symptoms that bother you or persist, contact your doctor: Decreased appetite, hair loss, dizziness, fatigue, or weakness, Stomach pain, or Common cold symptoms. If you have questions or concerns about side effects, consult your doctor. You can also report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-332-1088 or online at https://www.fda.gov/medwatch..

I have been on Rasuvo for about six months now, and it has significantly reduced my joint pain and inflammation. The injectible is a bit intimidating at first, but it's easy to get the hang of. There's a lot of information online on how to handle the injections and side effects. I always tell people to trust the data, but it's also good to hear real-life experiences.

Has anyone else had issues with the injection sites? I've noticed some tenderness and redness.

I've been on methotrexate for RA for a few years now. My doctor keeps an extra close eye on my liver function just because methotrexate is known for causing liver problems. If you ever get a fever, or if you have any signs of infection, tell your doctor immediately. It’s serious and needs to be addressed ASAP. I'd say the most important thing is to get regular blood tests done as your doctor recommends to monitor for any signs of complications.

I've heard that some people experience really bad side effects with methotrexate. It's always a bit scary to think about, but if it works for your condition, it may be worth the risk. I think, though, that it's wise to get into a routine where you keep a close eye on your health. I'd recommend taking a week off if you start getting side effects you can't manage. It ends up being worth it.

I've been on methotrexate for a couple of years and the Rasuvo pen is a lifesaver. It means I don't have to go to the doctor every week for an injection. Also, insurance covers it with a reasonable copay. I've had to deal with some nausea and fatigue at the beginning, but my doctor prescribed some medications to handle that. As long as you're aware of the risks and monitor your health, it's manageable.

Just a reminder to everyone: if you experience any severe symptoms like severe stomach pain, severe back pain, or severe nausea and vomiting, seek medical help immediately. Better to be safe than sorry!

I had a friend who had severe side effects from methotrexate. She had to stop taking it. I hope it works well for others, but it's a bit scary to think about the risks.

I wish my insurance covered Rasuvo. The out-of-pocket cost is insane.

I'm always impressed by how well methotrexate works for autoimmune diseases. It's amazing how it can slow down the immune system's overactive response and reduce inflammation. Just make sure to get regular blood tests to monitor your liver and kidneys.

Methotrexate really helped me during my pregnancy. It eased my symptoms with less risk of flare-ups. It is good to know that it can be used by pregnant people, but you should talk to your doctor for a more personalized experience. I've had a lot of people who wonder whether it's safe during pregnancy. It was the best thing for me.
