Rebif Rebidose is a medicine used to treat multiple sclerosis (MS). It is a type of protein called interferon that helps your immune system work better to reduce the number of MS attacks and slow down the progression of the disease. It is given as an injection under the skin. Most people experience flu-like symptoms when they start the treatment. What can help alleviate these symptoms and is the treatment worth it in the long run? How did you cope with the side effects? Do they go away after some time? Is there anything that you wish you had known before starting your treatment?

I had a bit of a rough time with Rebif injection site reactions. My skin got red and itchy around the injection site, but my doctor gave me some Hydrocortisone cream and that helped a lot. The injections are not fun, but I have seen a reduction in my MS relapses, so I'm sticking with it.

I've been on Rebif for two years now and I've had no major side effects. Just the occasional flu-like symptoms, but they're manageable. I think it's important to stay positive and remember that this treatment is helping to slow down the progression of MS.

I agree. You have to stick with it and the side effects do get better over time. I've been on Rebif for about a year now and the flu-like symptoms are much more manageable.

I wish I had known how important it is to take it at the same time every day. I missed a few times on time and the side effects were bad. Routine is key.

I am a bit worried about the long-term side effects. Has anyone had any issues with liver or thyroid problems?
