I've been using Regonol 5mg/ml Inj, 2ml for a few months now to manage my myasthenia gravis, and I've had mixed experiences. Initially, it helped a lot with my muscle weakness, but I started noticing some side effects that were a bit unsettling. I've heard from others that the side effects can be managed with some adjustments, so I'm hoping to share my experience and get some tips from others who have been through this. I'd love to hear from anyone who has found ways to mitigate these side effects, or has any advice for dealing with them. What has your experience been like?

I'm glad to see so many people sharing their experiences. It's really helpful to know we're not alone in this. Keep the tips coming, everyone!

I had a similar experience. The first time I took it, I got really sweaty and my stomach cramped. I let my doc know, and they changed the dosage. Now I'm on 1mg/ml and it's much better!

I think the best thing to do if you have side effects is to stay calm and document everything. I kept a journal of what I was feeling and when, and it really helped my doctor adjust my treatment.

Has anyone tried adjusting their diet while on this medication? I've heard that certain foods can help or worsen the side effects. I wonder what the best approach is.

I wish I knew about the allergic reaction symptoms before I started. I had a really bad reaction one day, and it took me a while to realize what was happening. I feel like I was lucky to have a doctor who took me seriously.

I've had a weird side effect of excessive saliva. I started carrying gum with me everywhere I go. It really helps!

This thread has been really helpful. I'm new to Regonol, and I was worried about the side effects. It's good to know that there are ways to manage them.

I've had to deal with excessive sweating and small pupils. It's been a bit of a struggle, but I've found that wearing breathable clothes and staying in cool environments helps with the sweating. And I think I've just gotten used to my pupils being smaller.

I started getting really bad cramps and twitching, so I saw a specialist. They told me to try magnesium supplements, and it seems to have helped a lot. Just be sure to check with your doctor before trying anything new.

I've been on Regonol for a while and haven't had any serious side effects. Just a bit of sweating and twitching, but it's manageable. I drink a lot of water and it seems to help.
