I recently started taking Renal Softgel Capsules, which contain a combination of B vitamins specifically formulated for people with kidney disease. They've been helping me maintain my energy levels, especially since I've been on dialysis. However, I've been experiencing some mild stomach discomfort. Has anyone else had similar side effects? I'm wondering if it's worth the trade-off for the energy boost. I'd love to hear your experiences and any tips you might have. Thanks!

I take these every other day and that seems to work well for me. I haven't had any bad side effects, just a bit of gas occasionally, but that's seems to happen to me a lot with just about everything.

You know, I've been taking them for a while, but I haven't noticed any difference. Could just be me, though. Maybe I need to up my dose or something? And the gas is a bit annoying, but I'll take it over the alternative. I guess I'll call the doctor and see if they have any tips on that part.

I had no clue these even existed. I've been struggling with energy levels since my diagnosis. Gonna talk to my nephrologist about these. Thanks for sharing, OP!

I had a bad reaction to them—breakout on parts of my body and I couldn't stop sweating. It was terrible. So, yeah, be careful and listen to your body. If you start to feel weird, stop taking it and call a doctor.

Interesting. I've always just stuck with my regular multivitamin. Maybe I should switch. Although the itching sounds awful and I hate to test that out. Lol.

I've been on Renal Softgel Capsules for a few months now, and they've made a huge difference in my energy levels. No side effects for me so far. But I did have issues with a different B-vitamin supplement in the past (i.e. feeling jittery and sweaty). Worth checking with your doc to see if you have a vitamin allergy.

These capsules are a lifesaver. I was constantly tired before I started taking them. If you're experiencing side effects, maybe talk to your doctor about adjusting the dose or trying a different brand. Can't hurt to ask, right?

I haven't tried them yet, but I've heard great things. I'm still a bit hesitant because of the potential side effects. Might give it a shot if my doctor says it's okay. Just a question: how often do you need to take them? Like every day? Seems a bit annoying to have to remember to take a daily pill.

I swear by these capsules. I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall health. Just make sure to stay hydrated, as these can sometimes cause a bit of dehydration.
