I've been using Retin-A Micro 0.04% Gel for about three months now, and I've seen a significant improvement in my acne and skin texture. The 'micro' gel formula is much gentler on the skin compared to other tretinoin products I've tried in the past. However, I did experience some initial irritation and dryness. I wanted to share my experience and some tips I've picked up along the way. How has your experience been with this product? What were your initial side effects, and how did you manage them?

I tried Retin-A Micro a few years ago and it was a nightmare. My skin was so dry and irritated that I had to stop using it after a week. I think my skin might be too sensitive for it. Any tips for people with sensitive skin?

I've been using Retin-A Micro for about two months now, and I'm not sure if I'm seeing any improvement. My skin is pretty dry, and I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle. I've been using it every other night, but I'm not sure if I should switch to nightly. Anyone else feeling this way? Did you try mixing it with moisturizer?

This thread is making me want to try Retin-A Micro! I've had acne for years, and I'm always looking for new treatments to try. I'm a little nervous about the purging period, but I guess it's worth it for clear skin. I think I'll give it a shot. Thanks for sharing your experiences, everyone!

I've been using Retin-A Micro for a couple of weeks now, and I'm loving it! I started with every other night application and then moved to nightly. My skin is much clearer, and I haven't experienced any significant irritation. Good job on sharing your experience!

I've been using Retin-A Micro for a few months, and I've definitely noticed an improvement in my skin. However, I did experience some irritation at first. I found that mixing it with a moisturizer helped to reduce the irritation. I also make sure to apply it to dry skin and avoid the eye and mouth areas. My dermatologist suggested the sandwich method, which is where you apply a thin layer of moisturizer, then the Retin-A Micro, and then apply another thin layer of moisturizer on top. This technique seemed to reduce the irritation. I've also found that the 'micro' gel formula is much gentler on the skin compared to the cream formula.

I started using Retin-A Micro a few months ago and it's been great so far! I had a really bad purging period for the first 2 weeks but my skin is totally clear now. My skin is slower to produce acne scars too

I think that Retin-A Micro is awesome! I've had acne since I was 13, and this stuff has really cleared it up. I've been using it for a year now. My skin is smooth and clear. I use it every night. It does make me flake a bit, but that goes away after a couple of days of using it. I highly recommend it!
