I was recently prescribed Revatio 10mg Inj, 12.5ml for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It's been a few weeks now, and I wanted to share my experience and gather some feedback from others who might be going through the same thing. Revatio works by relaxing the blood vessels in your lungs, which makes it easier for your heart to pump blood and improves your ability to exercise. I've noticed some side effects like flushing and headaches, but nothing too severe. I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar side effects or has any tips for managing them. Also, I'd love to hear about any long-term effects or improvements you've noticed with this medication.

I've heard that some people have had issues with bruising and unexplained bleeding. If anyone has advice on managing this, I'd appreciate it. So far, I haven't had any of these issues, but I've been extra cautious with sharp objects.

This medication has been a lifesaver for me. I had a few scares with some of the more serious side effects, like chest pain and dizziness, but my doctor was quick to adjust my dose. It's crucial to have open communication with your healthcare provider. Don't suffer in silence!

I've been on Revatio for about 6 months now, and it's made a huge difference in my ability to exercise. I was constantly out of breath before, but now I can walk further and even do some light jogging. The side effects were tough at first—lots of flushing and headaches—but they've eased up over time. Just make sure to stay hydrated and listen to your body.

I thought I was imagining things when I first started getting dizzy spells. Turns out it's a side effect. Just be careful if you have to drive or operate heavy machinery.
