I've been on Revlimid 15mg Capsules 21s for a few months now to treat my multiple myeloma. The medication has been effective, but I've experienced some side effects that have been tough to deal with. I'm curious to hear from others who have been on this drug. What side effects have you experienced, and how have you managed them? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any strategies for dealing with the more serious side effects like infections or bleeding. Has anyone else had issues with dehydration or nerve problems? I've been trying to stay hydrated and keep a close eye on my symptoms, but it's a constant worry. It's a powerful drug, and I know it's working, but the side effects are challenging. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

The worst for me was the fatigue. I couldn't do anything without feeling completely exhausted. Talk to your doctor—there might be ways to manage it better. And don't forget to rest when you need to!

If anyone else has experienced swelling or mood changes, let me know! My doctor is considering adjusting my dosage, but I'd love to hear from others on how they’re handling it.

I've been on Revlimid for over a year, and while it's been tough, it's been worth it. I've had some bad days with fatigue and nausea, but my oncologist adjusted my dosage, and it's been more manageable. Stay strong, and always communicate with your doctor!

I’ve been on Revlimid for about six months, and the side effects have been manageable, but it’s tough. I keep a journal of my symptoms, so I can keep track and talk to my doctor. It helps!

I've been lucky—I haven't had many side effects. Keep a close eye on any changes, though. My friend had some swollen glands, and it was a red flag. Trust your gut and talk to your doctor.

I started Revlimid and had some really bad constipation. My doctor recommended Miralax, and it's been a lifesaver. Also, keep an eye on your blood counts, as it can cause neutropenia. Stay vigilant!

I’ve found some relief with acupuncture for the nerve pain. It’s not a cure, but it helps manage the symptoms. Always worth a shot if you’re desperate.

I had a scary experience with a severe allergic reaction a few months ago. I ended up in the ER, but it was caught in time. If you feel anything weird, don't hesitate to get medical help. It's better to be safe.

I found that taking Revlimid on an empty stomach helped with the nausea. It's also crucial to stay hydrated—sometimes I'd get dizzy if I didn't drink enough water. Hang in there, it's a tough journey.
