I've been on Revlimid 5mg Capsules for about six months now to treat my myelodysplastic syndromes. Initially, I was nervous about the potential side effects, especially the serious ones. However, I've been fortunate to experience only mild side effects like fatigue and occasional constipation. My doctor reassured me that these are common and manageable. I've noticed improvements in my blood counts, which is encouraging. I'm curious to hear from others who have been on this medication long-term. What side effects did you experience, and how did you manage them? Also, how effective has it been for you?

Just started Revlimid and I'm already feeling the fatigue. It's rough, but knowing it's helping fight the cancer makes it worth it. Stay positive, folks!

Anyone else feel like they're on an emotional roller coaster? I've had days where I'm super down and others where I feel like I can take on the world. It's been a bit odd.

I had a really rough time with the flu-like symptoms. It felt like I was hit by a truck every day for a week. But after that, it leveled out. Just be prepared for the initial shock to your system.

I agree with you about the fatigue. It's been a struggle, but I've found that staying hydrated and getting plenty of rest helps. I've also had some weird skin reactions but nothing serious. I've been on it for 3 months now, and my doctor says it's working.
