I recently found out I'm Rh-negative and will need to take Rhogam Plus 300mcg Inj during my pregnancy. Has anyone else had experience with this? I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones. I want to make sure I'm prepared and informed. Any advice or personal stories would be really helpful!

I had a friend who had a bad reaction to Rhogam. She ended up in the ER with swelling and difficulty breathing. It's serious stuff, so definitely be vigilant.

I was terrified when I first heard about Rhogam, but now I see it as a necessary step to protect my baby. Just remember, it's all about the long-term benefits.

I heard that some people experience severe lung problems. Anyone know if there are any known risk factors for these complications?

I took Rhogam during my pregnancy. I noticed some redness around the injection site, but it was gone the next day. No big deal. Just make sure to follow your doctor's advice.

I took Rhogam during both of my pregnancies and didn't have any issues. It's scary to think about the side effects, but my doctor assured me they're rare. Just make sure to stay in close contact with your healthcare provider.

Let's all keep track of our experiences and share them here. It might be helpful for others who are in the same situation. It's good to know we're not alone!

I believe it's essential to report any side effects to the FDA. It helps them track and monitor the safety of the drug. Don't hesitate if you notice anything unusual.

I've been researching and heard that some doctors recommend additional doses during the third trimester. I'm confused and getting conflicting info. Does anyone have clear guidance on this?

The injection site can be a bit sore, but I didn't experience anything more than that. Just make sure to take it during the recommended times in your pregnancy to be safe. Stay positive! It's there to help you and your baby in the long run.

I had some pretty bad headache and dizziness after my injection, but it went away after a couple of hours. Nothing to worry about as long as you rest and monitor how you feel.
