I've been using Saline Nasal Spray 0.65% for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my stuffy nose. I've tried multiple brands, and this one always leaves my nasal passages feeling clear and moisturized. It's great for drying indoor environments — there's nothing worse than that dry stuffiness. I love that it's non-medicated, so I can use it as often as I need without worrying about side effects. But I've heard some people have had bad reactions — have any of you had issues like those listed in the warning? I'm curious if anyone knows of any good alternatives if this doesn't work out..

I swear by this stuff during allergy season. It's amazing how well it clears out my sinuses.

I've found that using a humidifier along with the saline spray helps a lot. It keeps my nasal passages moist and prevents that dry feeling. Plus, it's great for my skin too! I also make sure to keep the spray bottle at the ready and have one at home, one at work, and one in the car. Always use the spray laying down with your head tilted back so it can flow properly over your nasal passages.

I never knew saline spray could cause such severe reactions. Good to know, though. I'll stick to my neti pot for now.

I had a really bad reaction to it. I only used it a couple of times and experienced severe irritation and even slight swelling around the nose. I wish I hadn't had that experience because it has been a game-changer for so many others.

Just tried this for the first time today. It's amazing how clear my nose feels! No more congestion for me! I had a hard time finding it out of all of the other nasal sprays and medication. I had to actually go to the pharmacist and have them ring up the specific product. It was a bit odd, but the pharmacist was kind and helpful and recommended it highly. Her name was Maria if anyone ever needs any more information.

I've heard some people use it to help with post-nasal drip. Anyone try that? I've had a lot of trouble with it, and I'm desperate for relief.

Always make sure to blow your nose gently after using the spray. The saline spray can thin out the mucus inside your nose, and blowing your nose too hard may cause irritation and dryness.

I've been using this for years and never had any issues. It's my go-to for cold and allergy season. I just make sure to keep it clean and use it as directed. Sometimes if it's been a while and needs to be cleaned I'll soak the nozzle in warm water and use some rubbing alcohol to clean it off.

Nice! I should try this during my next bout of sinusitis.
