I've recently started Sarclisa 100mg/5ml Inj, 5ml as part of my treatment for multiple myeloma. I'm curious how others are handling side effects? Are there any medications or natural remedies that have helped manage them? What's been your experience treating multiple myeloma?

My doctor just prescribed Sarclisa to me. Reading these comments is making me reconsider. What if I end up with one of those severe reactions? Anyone been through that?

Just started Sarclisa, and I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. I'm keeping a close eye on any changes in my skin or moles. Any advice on managing common side effects like fatigue or back pain?

Sarclisa has been a game-changer for me. My oncologist told me that it really works by targeting those cancerous cells directly. It’s been a bit tough with the side effects, but the improvement in my condition has been worth it. I had a bit of discomfort during the infusion but nothing severe. Unless you've experienced the intense allergy symptoms or bleeding, it could be worth pushing through!

I've been on Sarclisa for about six months now, and while I do get some fatigue and muscle pain, it's been manageable. I take it easy on days I have an infusion, and it helps a lot. I've also found that staying hydrated really helps with the side effects. But I didn't experience any of the severe ones, so I was one of the lucky ones.

If you haven’t had any severe reactions, it might be worth it for the positive effect the drug has on multiple myeloma progression. Stay positive and keep an eye out for those side effects listed. And always report what you’re feeling to your doctor.
