I've been on the Savella Titration Pack for about 3 months now to manage my fibromyalgia symptoms. I've noticed a significant improvement in my pain levels and overall energy, but the side effects have been a bit of a roller coaster. I started with hot flashes and excessive sweating, which were pretty uncomfortable, but they seemed to ease off after the first few weeks. However, I've been dealing with some persistent dizziness and headaches, which can be quite challenging. I'm curious to hear from others who have been on this medication. How long did it take for your side effects to subside? Did you find any specific strategies to manage them? Also, what should I do if I start experiencing any of the more serious side effects listed in the description? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I was feeling so good and then one day I had a sudden head rush and I swear it was the worst headache of my life. I couldn’t even stand up. But yeah, this is my reality with Savella and the tradeoff is worth it. Thanks for posting this!

I'm just starting Savella and I'm really nervous. The side effects list is a bit scary. But I also know a lot of people have had success with it. Just wanted to say good luck to everyone on here and I’ll be checking back in to see how things go.

I had a really bad experience with Savella. The sexual side effects were just too much for me to handle. I switched to something else and it's been better. I wish I had known about these side effects before I started taking it. Hope things get better for you!

Seriously, I’m not sure if this medication is worth it. I’ve had some weird sexual issues and I can’t even approach sex without feeling terrible. I wish I had known this sooner. Do any doctors know about these issues and how to fix them?

I started noticing some weird sensations in my eyes a couple of weeks in. Ended up having to go to an eye doctor and she checked everything out. It turned out I was fine but I was hearing horror stories about this on here so I wanted to confirm with a professional. It's probably a good idea to get a check-up.

I've been on Savella for a while now and the side effects have mostly gone away. I had some issues with nausea and dizziness, but taking it with food helped a lot. I also found that staying hydrated really made a difference. Stick with it, and hopefully, your body will adjust!
