I've been taking Se-Natal 19 Tablets for a few weeks now as part of my prenatal routine. I heard amazing things about it, but I'm concerned about the possible side effects. I've experienced minor stomach discomfort, though I'm not sure if it's due to the tablets. I've also heard anecdotal evidence highlighting their benefits, but also the potential for adverse reactions. Have any of you experienced the same? I'd love to hear your thoughts on these vitamins. They are specifically formulated to meet the increased nutritional needs of women before, during, and after pregnancy, including while breastfeeding. I just want to make sure I'm doing the best for me and my baby.

I switched to a different prenatal vitamin because of the potential side effects. They were too risky for me to continue taking in my opinion

I found them really helpful during my pregnancy. I've heard they can cause vomiting or diarrea. But I never experienced any of that

I had constipation and a change in stool color. My doctor said it might be from the iron content in the tablets. It went away after a while though

I'm worried about heartburn and upset stomach. Has anyone found a way to reduce these side effects?
