I've been taking Sea-Omega 1000mg capsules for about a month now, and I'm curious if anyone else has had a similar experience. I started taking them on my doctor's advice after my triglyceride levels were a bit high. I've noticed some improvement, but I've also had a few side effects like burping and a slightly upset stomach. Are these normal? The side effects aren’t too bad, but I want to make sure I’m on the right track. I also read about some serious side effects. Has anyone experienced any of those? I’m a bit worried and want to make sure I’m taking this safely. Have any of you gotten serious reactions? What does the process look like to reduce the risk of side effects, and is it worth it? Any tips on managing the less serious ones like an upset stomach?

I took these for three months and stopped because of the burps. But seriously, the fish burps were so bad, they even freaked out my dog. I recommend trying a different brand or product. I tried a different brand, and those side effects went away.

Serious side effects are scary, but they are rare. I have more faith in the benefits of Omega-3s. However, if you start feeling like something is wrong, do not hesitate to go to the doctor. Safety should always be your number one priority.

I think it's great that you're being proactive about your health! Just remember, everyone’s body is different. If Sea-Omega 1000mg doesn’t work for you, there are plenty of other options out there. And always talk to your doctor if you’re concerned about side effects.

I’ve taken Omega-3s for a while, and the only weird thing I’ve experienced is a fishy burp every now and then. It's a small price to pay for the health benefits. Just remember to adjust your diet to catch those side effects from the supplement.

I switched to a liquid Omega-3 supplement and haven’t looked back. No more burping, no more upset stomach. It’s a bit more expensive, but totally worth it for me. Maybe that’s a better option for you, too.

I find that taking the capsules at night helps minimize any stomach issues. It’s worth a try, especially since they are definitely helping your triglyceride levels. Still, if you’re worried, you should probably call your doctor and talk to them about your concerns. They know best.

I've been taking Omega-3 supplements for years and have never had any serious side effects. Just stick to the recommended dosage and you should be fine. I've only had minor issues like burping, but it goes away with time. Just consult with your doctor and you should have no problems.

I know it's frustrating, but the benefits are worth it. Sometimes it’s good to take a break for a few days and then try again. If the side effects are too much, then maybe Sea-Omega 1000mg isn’t for you and you should consider other options. It might be a matter of finding the right brand and dosage that works for you.
