I've been prescribed Select-Ob+ DHA Pak by my OB-GYN for my pregnancy. It contains vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids (like DHA) to support both my health and my baby's development. But I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects. Has anyone else taken this supplement and if so, what's your experience with it? Were the side effects manageable, or do I need to prepare for something worse?

I took it during my pregnancy and it was fine. No major side effects, just a bit of constipation, but that's normal for my body when I change my diet. Just make sure to stay hydrated and it'll be fine.

I found that it helped a lot with my morning sickness. I didn't have any side effects, but I had my doctor check for any blood in my stool to be safe.

I had to stop because it made my stool green and I didn't want to scare my child with a green poo. Joking aside, it's a good supplement overall.

I'm about to start taking this, and I’m a bit worried now. Does anyone have a good video to watch to make sure I don't mess anything up?

I didn't have any issues with it at all! It was reportedly recommended by my doctor. The only thing bothering me was the price. Make sure to check if your insurance covers it!
