I've been taking Selegiline 5mg capsules for about six months now to manage my Parkinson's symptoms, and I've had a mix of experiences. Initially, the drug seemed to improve my movement and reduce stiffness, but I've also had some minor side effects like dizziness and a dry mouth. Anyone else had similar experiences? I’d love to know if this is a common occurrence or if anyone has any tips for managing these side effects. Also, is anyone else concerned about the potential for more serious side effects, like the allergic reactions or sudden sleepiness mentioned in the warnings? I've been careful to pay attention to any signs like rash or itching, but it's still a bit worrying. Hopefully, sharing our experiences can help us all navigate this treatment more effectively. Has anyone else had any major issues with this medication? Has yours just been smooth sailing?

Have any of you tried combining Selegiline with levodopa? I've heard it can be really effective, but I'm nervous about the potential interactions.

I had some severe muscle pain when I first started. Turned out it was a side effect of Selegiline. My doctor switched me to a different medication and the pain went away.

I've had a pretty good experience so far. The symptoms are manageable if you stick to the routine. I take mine with food and it seems to help with the stomach issues.

That's the thing with medications, can't ever have too much of a good thing, can never have enough of a good thing. Always gotta take the good with the bad.

I’ve had some weird hallucinations since starting Selegiline. It’s been really disorienting, and I’m not sure if it’s worth sticking with the medication. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I think the biggest issue is the sudden sleepiness. It's not worth the risk for me. I'd rather deal with the symptoms than risk falling asleep at the wheel.
