I had a friend who was on Selzentry and had to stop because of severe muscle and joint pain. It was really tough on him. Hopefully, not everyone has such a bad experience.
I've been on Selzentry for a while and have noticed that I get a common cold more frequently. I thought it was the medication, but now I'm wondering if it's just a coincidence.
I had a really bad reaction when I first started Selzentry. I got a severe rash and had trouble breathing. I ended up in the ER, and they told me it was an allergic reaction. I had to switch to a different medication, but I hope others have better luck with it.
