Serax 30mg Capsules (Oxazepam) for Anxiety: My Experience and What I've Learned
I was prescribed Serax 30mg Capsules (Oxazepam) for anxiety about six months ago, and it's been a bit of a journey. My doctor explained that it's a benzodiazepine that helps calm the brain and nerves, which has been a game-changer for me. It's helped reduce my nervousness, tension, and agitation significantly.
However, I've had to be careful with the side effects, especially the dizziness and drowsiness. I've also had a couple of headaches, but nothing too severe. I've also been extra aware of the severe side effects like memory loss or severe dizziness, which I've not experienced, thankfully.
I'm curious to know if anyone else has had a similar experience. What has been your journey with Serax? Have you found any tips or tricks that help you manage the side effects better? I'd love to hear from those who have been prescribed this medication and how it's worked out for you.

I've been on Serax for a few months. At first, the dizziness was bad, but I got used to it. Now the only thing bothering me is the drowsiness. Other than that, it's been great.
Serax was a lifesaver for me during my alcohol withdrawal. The symptoms were out of control, and this medication really helped me get through it. Highly recommend if you're going through the same thing.
I started taking Serax and had some weird side effects. Like I wasn't feeling like myself, and I just wanted to talk to other people whose experience is similar to mine. I feel alone in this.
I wish I had known about the memory loss before starting Serax. Now I've got to deal with it on top of my anxiety. It's been a rough time.
I was on Serax for a while and it really helped with my anxiety, but the drowsiness was killer. I had to stop driving for a bit because it made me so sleepy.
