I've been on Serax for a few months. At first, the dizziness was bad, but I got used to it. Now the only thing bothering me is the drowsiness. Other than that, it's been great.
Serax was a lifesaver for me during my alcohol withdrawal. The symptoms were out of control, and this medication really helped me get through it. Highly recommend if you're going through the same thing.
