I've been on Sevelamer 800mg HCl Tablets for a few months now to manage my high phosphate levels due to kidney disease. I've found it helpful, but I'm curious about other people's experiences. How has it worked for you? Also, I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects, especially the serious ones. Has anyone else had issues with constipation, nausea, or anything else? Any tips on managing these side effects would be greatly appreciated!

I'm new to this and haven't started taking Sevelamer yet. Is it worth the potential side effects for the benefits? Anyone have regrets?

I’ve been on dialysis for years and Sevelamer has been a lifesaver. I didn’t have serious side effects. I’ve also noticed that my overall health has improved since starting this medication.

I've been on Sevelamer for over a year, and it's been a game-changer for me. My phosphate levels are much more stable, and I haven't had any major side effects. I did have some stomach discomfort at first, but it went away after a few weeks. Just make sure to take it with food to avoid any issues.

I’ve been on Sevelamer for about 6 months and the only side effect I’ve experienced is some mild diarrhea. I take it with my biggest meal of the day to help mitigate the side effects. I’ve also noticed a significant improvement in my bone health, which is a big plus.

I had a bad reaction to Sevelamer—constipation and vomiting. But you might be one of the lucky ones. I'm on dialysis, and I have to be careful with the side effects because I already have enough going on.

I've heard that taking Sevelamer with a high-fiber diet can help with constipation. Has anyone tried this?
