I recently started taking Seysara 150mg Tablets for moderate to severe acne. After dealing with persistent breakouts for years, my dermatologist recommended this antibiotic as a more effective alternative to topical treatments. The medication is taken once a day, which is convenient, and I've noticed a significant reduction in inflammation and the number of new breakouts. However, I've also experienced some side effects, particularly an upset stomach and occasional diarrhea. I've read that these can be common, but it's still a bit concerning. On the plus side, my skin is clearing up, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences with side effects. Are these symptoms something to be really worried about, or are they normal and expected? I would appreciate any insights or advice from others who have tried Seysara for acne treatment.

Honestly, if you're experiencing severe side effects, it might be worth talking to your doctor about other options. Antibiotics aren't always the best solution for everyone. Keep an eye on your symptoms and stay in close contact with your doctor.

I’ve heard that taking Seysara on an empty stomach can help with absorption. Might be worth a shot if you’re still dealing with side effects.

Since antibiotics can cause problems with your gut flora, make sure you're getting plenty of probiotics. Keeps the bad stuff in check and might help with the stomach issues.

I started Seysara a few weeks ago and haven't noticed any major side effects yet, but it's still early. Have you tried taking it with food to see if that helps with the upset stomach?

I've been on Seysara for about three months now, and while it's definitely helped my acne, I did experience some really bad diarrhea a couple of times. My doctor said it could be a sign of C. diff-associated diarrhea, so I stopped taking it for a week and felt better. Then I got back on it and have had no issues since. It's definitely something to keep an eye on. Also, make sure you're not in direct sunlight without sunscreen - I got a mild sunburn even though I was only outside for an hour.

I've heard that sunburn is a potential issue, so always use a good sunscreen.

I had to switch from Doxycycline to Seysara because of my stomach issues with it. I had similar issues with Seysara, and I realized it was probably the antibiotic nature of the medication. Seems like this is a common issue with antibiotics.

Be careful with the brain pressure side effects. I had this really weird headache that wouldn't go away and my vision was a bit blurry. Turns out it was from the Seysara. I had to switch to a different antibiotic.

I’ve been on Seysara for a couple of months now, and it's been a game-changer for my acne. I did experience some initial stomach upset, but it went away after a week. I've also noticed that my skin is less inflamed and my acne scars are fading. Definitely worth the minor side effects. The key is to drink a lot of water and eat light on the days you take it. It can be a very effective treatment in the right hands.
