I was prescribed Hysingla ER 30mg for severe, chronic pain, and I'm curious about others' experiences with this medication. It's been a game-changer for me, but I'm concerned about the side effects, especially the serious ones. Has anyone else had issues with low blood sugar, breathing difficulties or serotonin syndrome? How have you managed these? Also, I've been experiencing some constipation and dizziness. Any tips on dealing with these side effects? I want to make sure I'm taking this medication as safely and effectively as possible.

Breathing difficulties can happen, but they're not super common. It's important to monitor yourself and if you feel any symptoms to seek help right away. This is why it's crucial to have a doctor's supervision while you are taking any opioid medication

I was prescribed this medication as well, but I haven't experienced any severe side effects. However, I did have some mild dizziness and nausea at the beginning. I've learned to manage this with lifestyle changes, avoiding alcohol, and drinking enough water. Just make sure you talk to your doctor and monitor your body.

I've been using Hysingla ER for a year now, and it's been a lifesaver for my chronic back pain. The side effects were tough at first, but my doctor helped me manage them. Definitely talk to your doctor about your concerns, and don't be afraid to ask for help.

I've been on Hysingla ER for a few months. The drowsiness was a big issue at first, but I've managed it by taking the medication at night. It's helped me sleep better, which has been a plus.

I had a UTI while on this medication. It was awful, and I ended up in the emergency room. Be very careful and monitor your symptoms closely—don’t ignore anything out of the ordinary.

I'm surprised that more people aren't talking about the impact on sex drive and fertility. It's been a huge issue for me, and I wish I had known about it before starting the medication.

Stay away from this medication if you can, the risk of long-term side effects is just too high. I wish I had read more about it before starting.

I had no idea about the serotonin syndrome risk. I'm also on an antidepressant, so I'll definitely talk to my doctor about this.
