I'm considering using Varenicline (Apo) 1mg tablets to help me quit smoking, but I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. How effective has it been for you? What were the side effects like, and did you experience any of the serious ones mentioned in the literature? Were there any unexpected challenges or benefits? And if you've managed to quit, what tips or advice can you share to help others on this journey? I'm really hoping this will work, but I want to go into it with open eyes.

Be careful with this stuff. I had some serious mood swings while on it. One moment I'd be fine, the next I'd be furious or super anxious. It was a bit scary. I ended up stopping because of it, but I know it works for some people.

I had some bad dreams, too! But it was worth it. I haven't smoked in six months.

I had a bit of a rough time with it. The side effects were pretty annoying, especially the nausea and the upset stomach. I think it was worth it in the end, though. It's been a few months since I quit, and I feel like a new person! If you can handle the side effects, it's a great tool to have.

I tried this and ended up with a heart attack. High risk. Be careful.

I didn’t experience any major side effects but was so surprised by the taste change. Everything tasted like metal. It was weird, but the cravings disappeared.

Varenicline worked wonders for me. It really helped with the cravings and made smoking less enjoyable when I did have a cigarette. It wasn't easy, but it was a lot easier than trying to quit cold turkey. My side effects were minimal — mostly just some headaches and weird dreams, but nothing too bad. Be sure to talk to your doctor first, though. They'll give you all the details and see if you have any contraindications.

I think the key is to stick with it. The first few weeks are tough, but after that, it gets easier. Just make sure to stay hydrated and talk to your doctor if you feel like you can't handle the side effects.

What about the weight gain? I want to quit, but I'm scared of getting fat. Has anyone else dealt with this?

My doctor told me about this drug and I went home, searching for reviews and experiences with the drug, because I knew it worked, but could it work for me? Well, it's been four months and I haven't touched a cigarette since. It's still a struggle, but not nearly as bad as it was before. The cravings are almost completely gone.
