I've been prescribed Caplyta 10.5mg for my bipolar depression, and I'm curious to hear from others who have taken it. What side effects have you experienced, and how have you managed them? I'm particularly worried about the more serious side effects like neuroleptic malignant syndrome and tardive dyskinesia. Has anyone had to deal with these? Also, how effective has Caplyta been for you in managing your symptoms? I'm looking for any insights or advice from others who have been through this. Thank you!

I've been on Caplyta for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my bipolar depression. I only had some minor dizziness at first, but it went away after a week. I've not experienced any of the serious side effects yet, but I'm glad to have this information.

Be patient. My doctor said it could take up to a few weeks for the side effects to settle down. Just keep in touch with your doctor and watch for any serious symptoms. Good luck to everyone!

Be careful with the weight gain side effect. I gained 15 pounds in the first month, and it's been a struggle to manage since.

Just wanted to chime in and say that Caplyta has helped me a lot with my schizophrenia. I did experience some trouble controlling my body movements at first, but I talked to my doctor, and we adjusted my dose. It's much better now. To be honest, I've noticed a big improvement in my mood and thinking.

Just wanted to share my experience with neuroleptic malignant syndrome. I experienced severe muscle stiffness and fever, and it was really scary. Make sure to be vigilant about this—it's really serious.
