I recently started taking Trijardy XR 10mg/5mg/1000mg Tabs and was a bit overwhelmed by the list of possible side effects. Has anyone else experienced any of these issues, especially the more urgent ones like allergic reactions or fluid and electrolyte imbalances? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any strategies for managing these side effects or any positive experiences that might help alleviate some of my concerns. It would be great if we could share tips on how to recognize and handle these symptoms effectively. Thank you in advance for your insights!

I had a bad reaction to this drug. Urinary tract infections are no fun. But it was worth the try. I'm glad the people dealing with this aren't too irritated from the nose and throat irritation. That does not sound pleasant at all.

For those experiencing flu-like symptoms, it might be worth asking your doctor about overdosing. You might have taken more than one pill. That's what happened to me. I had to go to the hospital.

I've been on Trijardy XR for a few months now and haven't had any major issues. Just the occasional headache and some nose irritation, but nothing too bad. I did notice to take this at night to avoid the diarrhea.

I'm new to this medication and a bit worried. I'm going to keep a close eye out for any signs of pancreatitis or kidney problems. Those sound really scary. Praying I won't have to deal with them.

I had a friend who experienced severe joint pain while on this medication. She had to switch to something else because it was so debilitating. Be cautious and keep an eye out for any unusual symptoms, especially joint pain.

I experienced some low blood sugar symptoms at first. I had to learn to manage it by keeping glucose tablets handy. You'd feel better if you have this on hand. My doctor also suggested eating small, frequent meals and monitoring my blood sugar levels more closely. It was a bit scary at first, but I got the hang of it.

I switched from a different diabetes medication to Trijardy XR and the switch was really rough. I experienced a lot of mood changes and muscle weakness at first, but it got better over time. It sounds like it should be able to fight both diabetes and kidney disease. So it is worth it. I wish I had known about the fluid and electrolyte imbalance symptoms earlier.
