I was on Leukeran for a few months and the fatigue was insane. I could barely get out of bed some days. But it did help with my lymphoma, so it was worth it in the end.
Be sure to watch out for signs of bleeding. I had some pretty bad nosebleeds and bruised easily. Also, keep an eye out for any fever or signs of infection since your immune system will be compromised.
