I've recently been prescribed Methotrexate 25mg/ml for severe psoriasis, and I noticed that its primary use is for cancer, but I know it's also used for severe rheumatoid arthritis. It's a powerful drug that my doctor says requires careful monitoring. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication for psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis. What side effects did you experience, and what precautions did your doctor advise? How does it work by slowing down the growth of certain cells? Its a lot to take in, thankfully I'm lucky to have a supportive doctor, but I'd love to get more insights from others who've been through this.

Good luck, everyone's experience is different. Make sure to take it easy and listen to your body.

I've just started Methotrexate and I'm already feeling more energised, fingers crossed for the rest of the side effects.

I'm currently taking it for RA, I feel so much better. My joints don't hurt as much.

Methotrexate is tough on your body, but it can be really effective. Just make sure you're in close contact with your healthcare team.
