I had a dental procedure where Ropivacaine was used. It was a breeze compared to other anesthetics I've had. The numbing effect lasted for about 4 hours, and I didn't feel any discomfort. The side effects were minimal—instead of nausea, just a bit of dizziness.

I'd be cautious with this medication. My sister had a severe reaction, and it took a while to recover. She had all the signs of an allergic reaction, so it's not to be taken lightly. Be prepared for the worst, hope for the best.

It's crucial to be vigilant and report any unusual symptoms immediately. I think it's best to have someone with you for the first few hours after injection.
