I had the worst case of irritability and my partner said I was borderline unbearable. But I guess that's better than the alternative.
I found that using a numbing cream at the injection site made the process much more bearable. Just a tip from someone who's been there.
Has anyone else experienced really bad headaches? I'm not sure if it's just stress or a side effect of the meds.
I totally relate to that emotional roller coaster. Just remember, each step is bringing you closer to your goal. Hang in there!
I've had a couple of really bad days where I just wanted to crawl into bed and never come out. But I keep reminding myself why I'm doing this and it helps.
I wish I had known about the emotional support groups out there earlier. They've been a lifesaver for me.
