I've been off Adempas because of the side effects. Not everyone is going to react well to it, it's important to keep that in mind.
I've heard that some folks have trouble with the cost of Adempas. My insurance covered most of it, but it was a struggle at first.
Be aware of the drug interactions with Adempas. I found out the hard way that it can interact with some other medications and supplements, so make sure to check with your doctor before adding anything new to your routine. I had some really bad chest pains and it was a nightmare.
