Adempas 2mg Tablets, also known as riociguat, is a medication used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). I've been taking Adempas for a while now, and I'm curious to hear from others who are also using this medication. How have your experiences been? Have you encountered any of the serious side effects listed, or have your experiences been mostly manageable? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any long-term effects or how well it has treated your specific condition. Also, how have your doctors monitored your progress and adjusted dosages if needed? Let's share our stories and support each other!

I've been off Adempas because of the side effects. Not everyone is going to react well to it, it's important to keep that in mind.

I've heard that some folks have trouble with the cost of Adempas. My insurance covered most of it, but it was a struggle at first.

Be aware of the drug interactions with Adempas. I found out the hard way that it can interact with some other medications and supplements, so make sure to check with your doctor before adding anything new to your routine. I had some really bad chest pains and it was a nightmare.

I've been on Adempas for a year now, and it's definitely helped with my CTEPH. The only issue I've had is some swelling in my legs, but my doctor adjusted my dosage, and it's been manageable. Just make sure you stay in touch with your healthcare provider and report any symptoms right away.

Wow, that's great to hear! I've been nervous about starting Adempas because of the potential side effects, but your experience gives me some hope.

Does anyone else have tips for dealing with the nausea? It's been the worst part of taking Adempas for me.

I wish I had more of a choice as Adempas seemed to work better than some of the alternatives. I feel better and it's definitely given me more energy. No major issues, just stay on top of those check-ups and it should be fine.

Anyone else feel like you need to be extra careful with bruising and bleeding with this medication? I cut myself the other day and it bled way more than usual.
