Has anyone tried Adzenys XR 18.8mg ODT Tablets for ADHD? I've been prescribed these extended-release orally disintegrating tablets and I'm curious to hear about others' experiences. The medication is supposed to help with focus, attention, and controlling impulsive behavior by balancing natural chemicals in the brain. I've read about some serious side effects like allergic reactions, high blood pressure, and even UTIs, so I'm a bit nervous. Has anyone else experienced these or other side effects? I'd love to hear about any tips or advice on managing them. Also, does anyone know if there are any long-term considerations I should be aware of?

Be careful with this one. My friend had some pretty bad side effects and had to switch to a different medication. They had a lot of trouble with sleep and even some muscle weakness, which was scary. I think it's really important to monitor your health closely if you start taking Adzenys XR. Make sure to check blood pressure if you're worried about that, too.

I had a really bad experience with Adzenys XR. I developed high blood pressure and had to go to the ER. I wasn't even sure it was from the medication at first.

I was on Adzenys XR for a few months and didn't notice any major side effects. It helped me a lot with my focus, but I had some stomach issues that were hard to deal with. Sometimes I wish I could go back to it, but the stomach pain and diarrhea were just too much.

I've been on Adzenys XR for about a year now, and it's made a huge difference in my daily life. The tablets are super convenient because you don't need water, and they dissolve quickly. I did experience some initial side effects like dizziness and a bit of restlessness, but those have mostly gone away. As for the serious side effects, I haven't had any of those, thankfully. Just make sure to keep an eye on any changes and communicate with your doctor. And don't forget to stay hydrated!

I've read that you should be really careful if you have any heart issues or a family history of heart problems while taking Adzenys XR. I don't have any heart issues, but my doctor recommended a baseline ECG. Seemed like a good idea to me!

I switched from another ADHD med to Adzenys XR recently, and I'm really happy with the results. It's helped me focus a lot more, especially at work. The only real downside is the bad taste in my mouth after taking it, but it's a small price to pay for the benefits. Make sure to take it exactly as prescribed and talk to your doctor if you have any concerns. It's a game-changer for me.

I've been on Adzenys XR for about 3 years. I'm 60ish years old. No major side effects for me. Extremely helpful for staying focused in long meetings and reading reports. I'm forever grateful.

I find the tablets dissolve quickly and are easy to take, which is fantastic, but I do miss a few doses every now and then. It's tough keeping track, but I'm trying to set reminders. Anyone have a good strategy for keeping on schedule?
