I've been through it all with this drug. The first few cycles were brutal. I had severe stomach issues and constant fatigue. But after talking to my doctor, we adjusted my dosage and timing. Now I'm doing much better. Also, don't skip on exercising and getting fresh air, for me it helped a lot. You've got this!
