I started Benlysta a few months ago and it's been rough. I've had some pretty bad muscle pain and dizziness. My doc is monitoring me closely, but it's been a tough go.
I'm worried about the PML risk. Has anyone else been told about this by their doctor?
Has anyone tried switching from IV to self-administered injections? I'm hoping to make that transition soon.
Benlysta has been a game-changer for me. I've had lupus for years and this is the first time I've felt like I have a handle on it. No major side effects here, just a bit of nose irritation.
Benlysta saved my life. I was in so much pain before, and now I can actually function again. The side effects are nothing compared to what I was going through.
