I recently started taking Gomekli 2mg Capsules to manage plexiform neurofibroma caused by Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1). Anyone else using this medication? I'm curious to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. This drug works by blocking a specific protein that helps cancer cells grow, and my doctor has been cautiously optimistic about its potential benefits.

I've been on Gomekli for about three months now, and it seems to be helping with the tumor growth. I've had some skin irritation and a few headaches, but nothing too terrible. My doctor says the benefits are worth the side effects so far.

I've been lucky—no major side effects so far. Just some nausea and a bit of fatigue, but it's manageable. I think it's worth it if it helps control the tumors. I know I need to keep a close eye on everything just in case.

I'm on week 2 and so far, so good. No significant side effects yet, just a bit of a headache. Not sure how long this will last, but I'm crossing my fingers for the best.

This thread is a lifesaver. I just picked up my prescription and was feeling a bit nervous after reading all the warnings. Knowing others are going through the same thing helps a lot. Thanks for sharing, everyone!

Be very careful with this stuff. I had a severe reaction last week—rash, hives, and trouble breathing. Had to go to the ER. Turns out I'm allergic to one of the inactive ingredients. I am not surprised after reading the long list of possible side effects. Thankfully, I'm okay now, but it was scary.
