I've been on Haloperidol Decanoate 100mg/ml for about 6 months now, and I have to say, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. On one hand, it's great not having to take daily pills; the monthly injection is convenient. On the other hand, the side effects have been tough to deal with. I've had some trouble with drowsiness and restlessness, which has definitely affected my daily life. I've also had some issues with anxiety, which I wasn't expecting. I'm curious to hear from others who are on this medication—what has your experience been like? Have you found any tips or tricks to manage the side effects? I'm all ears!

I've been on Haloperidol Decanoate for about a year now, and while it's helped stabilize my symptoms, the side effects have been a challenge. I've had some issues with drowsiness and restlessness, which has definitely affected my daily life. I've also had some issues with anxiety, which I wasn't expecting. I'm curious to hear from others who are on this medication—what has your experience been like? Have you found any tips or tricks to manage the side effects?

I had a horrible allergic reaction to Haloperidol. It was scary, but got me to report the side effects to my doctor and I was able to switch medications.

My doctor said the side effects are worth it if it helps with my symptoms. While I've struggled with the side effects, they haven't been as bad as some other meds I've tried.

If you're experiencing restlessness, try talking to your doctor about adjusting your dose or switching to a different medication. For anxiety, have you tried any natural remedies? I use CBD and it's been a game-changer.

Ask your doctor about the side effects before you start the medication. You should be able to let them know what to watch for and how to treat it.

I wish I could tolerate this medication. It's so convenient, but I had to switch due to constant dizziness and changes in vision. But everyone's different—I'm sure it works well for some.
