I've been prescribed Kitabis Pak 300mg/5ml Nebsol 5ml for my cystic fibrosis and I'm wondering if anyone else has used this medication. I'm curious about your experiences, especially regarding side effects and how it has improved your lung function. My doctor mentioned it can help with infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, but I'm interested in hearing real-life stories. Has anyone had issues with serious side effects like kidney problems or allergic reactions? How did you manage them? Also, what about the more common side effects like coughing or changes in taste? Any tips on dealing with these would be greatly appreciated!

It's important to remember that everyone's experience with medication can be different. Some people may experience serious side effects while others may not. It's always best to consult with your doctor before starting any new medication.

I've been lucky with minimal side effects, just some mild headaches and increased sputum. But the improvement in my lung function has been noticeable. It's definitely worth the trade-off for me. Also, make sure to report any side effects to your doctor and the FDA.

I've had some issues with ringing in the ears and changes in hearing. It's definitely something to keep an eye on. I'm not sure if it's directly related to the medication or not. Make sure to report any side effects to your doctor and the FDA.

I've had some issues with kidney problems but my doctor was able to manage it with regular check-ups and adjustments to my dosage. It's definitely worth it for the improvement in my lung function.

I've been on Tobramycin for a few years now and it's been a game-changer for my lung infections. Nothing serious yet but I do get a lot of coughing and changes in taste

Has anyone else noticed that the nebulizer can be a bit tricky to use at first? It took me a while to get the hang of it, but now it's second nature. Also, make sure to clean it properly to avoid any infections.

I've had some issues with persistent cough and coughing up blood. It's definitely concerning. Make sure to report any side effects to your doctor and the FDA.

I've had some issues with allergic reactions. Always listen to your doctor's advice. I was able to manage it but it was scary at first. I would recommend carrying an EpiPen if you ever have allergic reactions. Also, make sure to report side effects to your doctor and the FDA
